wall + crown products will generally ship within 48 hours purchase, though weather and other factors can add to this time. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will process on Monday. Wall + Crown will accept exchanges for physical goods and products, provided wall + crown is notified of the exchange within thirty (30) days of receipt and must be received within 45 days of purchase. wall + crown’s return policy may be amended or changed at any time without notice. Currently we do not ship internationally.  

To initiate a return or exchange simply fill out the enclosed form and send the product back to us using the included return shipping label.  If you have lost either of these simply email us at customerservice@wallncrown.com.
